Dear Tea Practitioner;

We once again will hold our annual tea gathering so we would like to invite you to attend. We appreciate your support and hope we can work together to make this an enjoyable occasion for all concerned. We should all be grateful to the administration of Hakone Gardens and tea community for continuing to make this possible.

Your participation helps ensure the future of tea events at Hakone.

This year the fee will be $100 for the usual format of three tea ceremonies and a small lunch.

As always there are limitations on participation due to the capacity of the various sites.

Please let us know if you require a vegetarian lunch.

We hope that this event will be a welcome break from the everyday world. We look forward to seeing you in October.

The registration deadline is Oct. 16, 2026.

Tickets will be distributed during the registration period.
